Who is Landslide for?
Landslide is an indoor skate park for skateboarders and aggressive inline skaters. You may also bring scooters or Heelys. Skaters of all ages and skill levels will enjoy the park. We do not have designated areas for skill levels. Skaters gravitate to the area where they most feel comfortable.
Do you allow bikes?
Landslide does not allow bikes, and to be honest, we are not sure which parks do.
What equipment do I need?
A skateboard or skates, of course. Or a scooter. Our park is built for aggressive skates, but hockey or other inline skates are acceptable. You will also need a helmet that must be properly strapped at all times. Elbow, knee and wrist pads are strongly encouraged. Landslide rents skates, skateboards and pads.
Do I need a waiver?
Yes. You must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian to skate. You can download one here. Or call us at 586 469.1170 and we will fax one to you. You only need to fill out a waiver upon your visit.
Can I watch or can I leave?
You are welcome to stay and watch your skater. We have viewing areas with wireless Internet. You are also free to leave if you feel comfortable doing so and your skater demonstrates responsibility. Visitors who are not skaters, such as friends, must behave respectfully or they will be asked to leave. Please remain on Landslide Skate Park property during your stay. You may leave and come back with permission from parents or if you are 18 or older. But please do not trespass on neighboring property. You will be subject to penalty of law.
Do you have food?
We have a snack bar generously stocked with candy, candy bars, chips, muffins, danish, jerky and more, as well 100 varities of beverages. During busy days, we order pizza from Hungry Howies which is $1.50 per slice.
